Fiona Apple- Across The Universe

Spent a while dancing to Beatles songs with a two-year-old this afternoon.  She seems to like Back in the USSR best.  This song was deemed too slow for dancing, but it reminded me how much I like the Fiona Apple cover.  So here it is.

I’ve been accused of avoiding much-needed segues for my entire life, so sometimes I overcompensate by explaining how I’ve arrived at even the most mundane of points.

Yes, I’m clearly a fun person to be around.
